nothing i just woke up really late this morning everyone was gone and i was really lonely i've felt like **** the whole day

Taking pills will prolly just make you sicker then hell, you could damage organs and ****... someone will find you.... then they call 911 and you drink charcole based drink to make you throw up.

slitting your wrists will be very painful and won't kill ya. Your blood will clot before you ever bleed enough.

To clear up a couple more,

Hanging will be painful as all hell. Your spinal cord would be ripping in half.

Most likely you'll end up paralized for the rest of your life. Then have to live the rest of your life thinking about that, and not being able to end it.

Drowning,
You'll only be able to keep from breathing or force yourself to, for a short time.
It'll be a reflex to do so, and if you did pass out. You'd prolly float up or face up and breath.. Because you couldn't force yourself under.
