I have panic attacks a lot and I was considering looking into benzos as I guess that's what they're there for. Hoever, the only benzo I've done before (lorazepam) made me feel mad weird but I guess it's supposed to be pretty powerful.

However, I have 5 .25 mg xanax pills and am planning on seeing how they affect me. Just took 1. Will report on effectiveness later

i got prescribed .25s, i generally take the whole bottle when i get it, then wait a month or two to refill it

i got the prescription because i had huge stress issues in highschool

Well, I'm VERY subsceptible to most drugs, and I'm worried about freaking out since the other benzo i've tried made me feel mad weird.

in all honesty first time i took xanax was 2mg at a party, my parents were picking me up while my friend got jacked by some guy and fell, hurt his head, passed out on pills etc. And I got all mad and shi and was throwing my guitar at my parents and breaking glass
