yeayea just bought a new bass.

fender standard jazz bass. got it for $300 less (and without a month and a half wait) than it would have cost to get it through my shop, so i'm pretty pumped.

in the last month i've spent approx $2000 on bass stuff.

and now i gotta dump money into recording/pressing our ep.

ouch.

oh well, it'll all pay itself off one of these days...

Jazz Basses kick ***. Its like the only bass you can never go wrong with.

i justify my spending on musical equipment by realizing i spend basically nothing any other time.

i make around $12,000 a year (not much), and last year i saved $10,000 of that. so last year i averaged spending $5.50/day, in total.

so now i'm in a band that's headed in the right direction, and i'm just like "whatever atleast i don't have to pay rent/gas/insurance/food/etc"



and yeah, my bass rig is so pwn now. jazz bass > hendrix wah > big muff pi > bass pod > swr workingpro 2x10c :):):):)
