my name is greg yagan. I am ten years old. Ive been playing for four years. I just got this guitar three years ago and i can play a few songs like smells like teen spirit and since oyuve been gone by kelly clarkson. A few months ago i started learning all the led zeppelin songs. I can play stairway of hraven now after five months and i think i can play it almost perfect. I made a video so that you guys can tell me what im doing write and wrong. please let me know. constructive criticism only plz/. Thanks.

one of my non drumming friends is being really annoying and trying to convince me travis barker is an excellent drummer :laugh:

Ya I hate when my guitarist or bassist does that type of thing. I normally just show them some really good drummer and then they normally side with me. Or you could just go all out drum talk on his [size=2]as[/size]s and start explaning, in great depth, why barker sucks and then he will just be like whatever I don't care and that will be the end of that.

The best thing to do is show him better drummers. Trying to convince him verbally won't work at all. I've tried that for many things like explaining music genres and it never works. So now when people say "My Chemical Romance is emo" I just say "sure". lol

Haha just let it be then. People like that are really closed minded. If Dave Weckl played for Blink182 he would say the same thing. It sounds like his concern is the music genre more than the "drummers".
