I will. What's a good album to start with ? |
Aussie Hip Hop ftw! :D
Nice to see the Matty B made your list as well.
Yea the only reason Hilltop Hoods didnt make it is because I listened to them on my iPod :-D
I will. What's a good album to start with ?
Sons Of Northern Darkness |
I would say At the Heart of Winter over Sons of Northern Darkness. It combines their old sound with their more recent sound. And, IMO, has the best songs they've ever produced. Listened to it today, in fact.
|
Thanks :)
I'm asking for which is a good album to start with and all, but it's much better if I just download a few songs off 2 or 3 albums and see at that. Downloading one whole album is good and all, but doesn't always say much of te whole band in some cases when the band has a discography of several albums. Ah well, I'll stick with the album for now, thanks again. /pointless rant EDIT: Hmm, I'll take into consideration what you said aswell, Pate, thanks :) ...I might start off with 2 songs off of each...see what happens, heh |
I would recommend these songs:
Withstand the Fall of Time Damned in Black Blashryk (Mighty Ravendark) Call of the Wintermoon Solarfall |
Once again, thanks man.

Their power metal but the vocals are different from your typical power metal band. Deffinately check out Immortal if you want some good black metal. And get more Summoning albums. They are all really good, except Lugburz which is just somewhat good. |
I wouldn't say that 3 Inches of Blood is power metal at all. Maybe power metalcore or something.
|
I wouldn't say that 3 Inches of Blood is power metal at all. Maybe power metalcore or something.
Where the fuck are you getting the -core from? Honestly. They're Power Metal. |
The core would come from their riffs, drumbeats, and the hardcore screamer guy.
Compare 3IoB with Kamelot, Blind Guardian, or Gamma Ray and note the difference. |
I wouldn't say that 3 Inches of Blood is power metal at all. Maybe power metalcore or something.
Power metalcore, wtf? I'm pretty sure that doesn't exist. They're 100% power metal. |
100% power metal? Not at all.
/ends off topic discussion |
There's no -core in 3 Inches of Blood's music.
|
100% power metal? Not at all.
/ends off topic discussion
K maybe not 100% because they don't where gay *** costumes. But that's besides the point. Maybe more like 75%. on another note any R&M'ers who like 3 Inches of Blood should join my 3IOB group cause we need way more people who don't listen to emo. |
