oh, the only equipment i have is a decent pull-up bar and i just do pull ups crunches and push ups and its been working well for me

you can get quite a lot out of those exercises if youre using certain techniques

In 2 months I'll have more free time. That is why I'm just cutting for now.

I'm in the process of building my own bench. Pretty cheap and simple to do.
