Next:

New hi hat stand (2 legged)
New hi hats ( for teh moar beefy gruvs!)

Panopticon 01-22-2008 10:21 AM

why don't you have a beater on the single?

the_pure_drummer 01-22-2008 11:02 AM

It's for a cowbell on the left side of the hi hat pedal. But i need one of those floor cowbell mounts and a 2 legged hi hat stand to set it all up fine. I took the beater off because i felt like it. I'm not using it for the minute so i thought id keep it there for show.
i'd hit that....
just so you know...you're not gonna be able to get the pedal that close to the bass drum with a cowbell mounted to it. It will be sticking out a considerable amount.

DrumIntoTheNight 01-22-2008 11:25 AM

It'd make far more sense to put it on the left.

I'm the ****ing most annoyed person in the world right now.....I'm soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo ****ing pissed off.

NOTHING will ****ing stick to my wall to make a practise pad. ****ing foam, cloth, wood, kitchen roll, absolutly ****ING NOTHING will stick. it all ****ing falls off even when ive used ****ing gaffa tape and stick fixers and all this other stuff.

ARRRRRRRGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHH I JUST WANNA ****ING PRACTISE DOUBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Pleaseme 01-22-2008 12:26 PM
Why would you practise on a wall?
Don't have the money for a practise pad and it seems logical to practise on a wall. But theyres a pipe with foam all around it right where my beater would hit the wall. I need to put something on the wall that would cover the pipe and be good for my pedals.

Panopticon 01-22-2008 12:50 PM

i later upgraded to duct tape...just cover the whole thing in duct tape.

the_pure_drummer 01-22-2008 12:57 PM

I tried that but it falls off the wall.

oliv_da_skinmasher 01-22-2008 12:59 PM

Use more tape
