So I surf on other sites, forgoet I'm also on MX and return to MX after half an hour or so. :lol:

Tomorow I'll be cooking poached courgette rolls filled with mushrooms and cherry tomatoes. and probably some spicy minced meat and rice or mesh patatoe. :)

It's not that hard really.

A lot of people think they can't cook, but you should just give it a try.
Don't start with something difficult.

You'd be surprised how good simple cooking can taste, plus it also depends on the way you make it look. Present it nicely on the plate and it makes quite a difference.

What kind of cooking experience do you have?

I can do Chicken Tetrazini, some stir-fry's, alfredo...lots of things with chicken.
Steaks, hamburgers...grilling things I can do too. I just don't really mix it up enough to have a good background on it.

And preparing stuff in different ways, poach, cook, bake, grill, braise.
