That sucks a lot. I echo RetiredAt21's sentiments in regards to that situation. Some people are like that and it's sad for everyone involved. Make sure she knows you care but don't go over the top because that will probably annoy her more in her current state.

Hey that sounds like what happened to my dad minus the killing himself part. He was hearing voices and shouting at people that weren't there.
