Anyway, I skipped work yesterday to attend a lecture from a business coach I know. It actually improved my mood astronomically. All week I'd been burned out, sleeping badly and just generally miserable. But now I feel like I'm breaking the inertia.

I fell asleep in astronomy today watching a movie about the sun at the planetarium. Only thing I remembered is it had really good music. And a couple of cool pictures when I could keep my eyes open.

Now I'm bullshitting my way through nature writing (snore) and jammin out to Slumber. Life is good.

I hate being up at this time :(

Shoot i go out for smoke breaks and when i get back everyones like "ewww you stink man." It's hard to believe how much those things smell you up when you are in the middle of that luscious smoke.
