Well today was pretty sweet, was up all night with a bad toothache, then went to the dentist and was told I have a gaping cavity in one tooth with exposed nerves. THey went to work with drills for about an hour and I got a filling. They told me I'll need to come back for a root canal and to get fillings on a few other cavities that haven't gotten quite as bad as that one yet.
