It's just that a lot of the ones nowadays are just trying desperately to be like the bands before them, and not trying anything new. It would be cool to have a list, but pretty much all of the bands on it would suck except for like, 3.

Most of the bands you listed aren't doing anything "original".

They follow the typical emo build, where as Gospel and Off Minor take it too another level.

Birds are Spies are just ****ing great mid-west style ****.

i don't find off minor that original really to be honest.

doesn't mean they aren't good though

and most of the bands on the list are pretty sweet bands.
