Great cause we had an inset day (where the teachers go into school but you dont) :D

Slept in till late then got up and had pancakes :thumb:

All you need is flour and milk, mix together, put in a frying pan and then your away.

My mum uses an egg aswell but i like pancakes without eggs in :thumb:

I found that strawberry jam and sugar makes the best toping, espicially when you role the pancake up.
