yea, its MUCH better then harvest moon.

This one is especially cool because its online. Essentially, I could go to your town, fraternize with the people in your town, and they in turn could move to my better equipped town.

My friend did that to my brothers game for the game cube  My brother got SOOOoooo pissed, that he went to that kids town and proceeded to chop down all his fukking trees

the kid never played the game again
this sounds like a great game. I'm definately gonna get a DS just for this.

its actually that kewl...

i hear that online, you need something called a friend code so random jerks dont trash ur town. I think it would be kind of funny to see how much havoc i could wreak with-in a 20 minute period

the game is ALL real time, so 20 minutes in real-life, is 20 minutes in the game

Cool. I hated the fact in HM time went by 10 minutes for every 10 seconds.

Cain 12-07-2005 12:29 PM

Everybody who plans on seeing the new King Kong must see the original King Kong to get psyched. :)

For bonus points you can watch King Kong vs. Godzilla.

you get to design your own shirts and flags in this one (like the last)

i actually spent 30 minutes tabbing the nintendo METROID theme as my towns song

it was hard because they dont have flats or sharps, so i changed the key and got it to sound good

Six Foot Revolver 12-07-2005 12:30 PM

The original King Kong was also awesome.

King Kong verses Godzilla, I think I've seen that. I laughed my ass off at the models.

Josh 12-07-2005 12:33 PM

i'm going to see a play of The Lion, the witch... tomorrow night, and then sometime soon i'm going to see the film :) i read that series of books when i was about 8 i think. king kong would probably be good as well.

what, there was kong vs godzilla?!?

yea, you should hear how the animals talk. Its like some rudimentary system that sounds out the sounds of english, but obviously its messed up, and sped up at the same time. Its like you hear them talk, and you can make out certain words and things

ill probably fool with that town song again tonight

i first had them on tape i think, then i read them. it was kinda confusing (first book) what with the magic rings and that.

then i think i read Lord of the Rings when i was 10, in under a week :p

Anyway, off to play some guitar n stuff, bye

Same here, I am very picky when it comes to books which I can give attention to all the way through to the end.

at middle school, i was 3 years ahead of the other kids in my reading age :p

Lord Abortion 12-07-2005 12:53 PM

Hehe, I used to get told off for just sitting reading and not paying attention to teachers.

Josh 12-07-2005 12:54 PM

when we did "The Hobbit" in english, we had to read it out loud, when it was my turn i was about 5 pages ahead and i got told off for not being in the right place, they thought i just wasn't paying attention :(
Hehe, I used to get told off for just sitting reading and not paying attention to teachers.
how fukking pathetic is this...

they have no problems if you just stare blankly, and waste the time completely, but as soon as you pull something out that could somehow advance you

BLOW!

Lord Abortion 12-07-2005 12:57 PM

Yep, it's ludicrous.
and Josh, I had the same thing, most of the class were semi-illiterate anyways, so when reading aloud, they always stumbled over words and stuff, which got me impatient.

N.P Jeff Buckley - Hallelujah

"Well it goes like this, the 4th, the 5th. The minor fall and the major lift."

Tis an amazing album. I voted for him in the Top 100 vocalists.

np: Bizet - March Of The Toreadors

This song never fails to make you happy, and it's so damn fine for headbanging

I did too, actually. No one else in the grou preally appealed to me.

Some of those nominated higher up are confusing anyway.

A friend of mine (who I haven't seen since I was about ten, actually, but who has apparently turned into a bit of an arse since) and I both had reading ages of either 13 or 15, when we were 8. I used to love those tests.
