Apple customer service has always been really great for me, pretty prompt service (longest I've ever been on hold was about 15 minutes) and very friendly but professional people. In fact, they once even helped me with a computer I didn't have a warrantee on.

I like mine the way it is, I go to my external, click "My Music" then there is a folder for each artist, and when I open let's say, my Journey folder (picked Journey because that's what I'm listening to heh), inside there is another folder called Escape, and inside that is all the songs from that album. I just prefer it that way and I'm used to it, heh.

No don't got it, but for future reference this site has a ton of GP tabs, and it's really simple so I like it and it's quick to load.
