yeah so this is kinda bs.

my work got a community inclusion award for including handicapped youth without discrimination. one girl's mom nominated us, and on the nomination form you need to give a person's name, so she put my boss' name, since she runs the place, but intended it to be for everyone at my work.

my boss puts in about 1/20th of the time i do with the handicapped youth. and then the newspaper comes out to do an article on it, and it's all about my boss. no mention of the actual youth workers, who actually work with the youth.

so now i'm just like "oh thanks for the recognition of all the shi i go through for them"

like my boss is cool and all, and she's a wicked person, but she has like zero contact with any of the people she's getting so highly praised for. and i've gone through so much stuff to make sure these kids are respected by their peers and included, and i don't even get a mention that i work there.

and the guy doing the report spelled just about everyone's name wrong, btw.

I got some, I suppose you could call it statistics, work to do in it. But I'm useless with it unless its stuff to do with the business kinda things like cash flows, etc.
Basically I have some raw data that needs to be arranged and/or put into graphs to prove some hypotheses right or wrong.

As plasma said i'm trying to get an .avi clip converted to an animated .gif.

I tried taking screenshots of each frame and then putting them into a frame by frame flash animation with Adobe Flash but once i published it as a .gif the quality went to ****.
