I dont think your concept of university was the same as mine...

You know, apsnish university, computer engineer...its quite difficult and I dont think you could enjoy it at all.

gaslight 10-04-2004 08:52 AM

I'm confused as hell, I don't know what to buy.

I want to get an Ibanez electric guitar that I saw.

I also want to get an acoustic-electric guitar and amp.

I also want a lot of pedals for my bass.

PaulSimonon 10-04-2004 08:55 AM

I'm in a delemma too... I'll try to help you out....

What the hell do you want to play? Where do you intend to go with your music?

gaslight 10-04-2004 08:57 AM

Well the bass is my focus, I just like to play other instruments to help me with composing and shit like that.

PaulSimonon 10-04-2004 08:58 AM

So you want to "expand your musical horizons"?

Maybe... my day at uni consists of playing computer games all day :D well not really. I'm studying computer games which is not as easy as it sounds. We have to design and program games, learn about project managment, 3D graphics etc. I really enjoy it.

Afternoon bass forum

:amaze: A girl came up to me today and asked why a bass had 4 strings.

ShelBel 10-04-2004 10:41 AM

Well hey, at least she asked and didn't say "You're missing two"! It shows she's interested- in the bass, anyway! ;)

nisakss 10-04-2004 10:48 AM

ShelBel 10-04-2004 10:50 AM

Yay, Nicolas is slacking off on the forums again today! ;)

nisakss 10-04-2004 11:26 AM

Hey Paul, what's up? I'm here bored like hell at work, with tons of stuff to do, yet not doing them. You could say I'm quite the procastinator, but it's just that working on mondays is so hard...

Anyhow, I had a great weekend, didn't do much, but on saturday I went to a friend's good-bye party (how do you call those??). It was good, but now it means that my guitar player is gone, and besides that we were really good friends...anyway he will be gone only for a couple of months to the U.S

PaulSimonon 10-04-2004 11:27 AM

Jamie 10-04-2004 11:47 AM

nisakss 10-04-2004 11:47 AM

What does OLP mean? Is it Official Licensed Porducts? Because as far a know, they make copies of other brands, right?

Jamie 10-04-2004 11:49 AM

Officially licensed products

owned by ernie ball. basically if you think of it this way.

fender have. the american - mexican - squier

ernie ball have musicman - sub - olp

except the olp is alot better than the squier!

PaulSimonon 10-04-2004 11:52 AM

A random tree branch would function just about as good as a Squier.....

Accentopus 10-04-2004 11:55 AM

No he hecho nada por todo el dia tampoco. No se sientas mal. ;)

En ingles, para referir a una fiesta que celebra una salida, se diria "Going-away party." Tambien, la pregunta que se usa es "What do you call those?" Cuando se refiere a nombres en ingles, se usa la palabra "what." Entiendes? :)
