You can loose them, I think you need to lose a lot of rep though. Or lose a fair ammount for a certain length of time. something like that anyway

Well i assume mods neg rep 200, so i would need 16 mod neg reps to lose my stars.

I have heard of quite a few people getting negged under 1000 rep for quite a while and they still kept their stars. I'm not sure how that works. Many mods can neg more than 200 also.

Don't some Mod's have a repping power of about 400?

I thought all Mods repped for 400 automatically.

Base mod level is 20,000 points, which gives the ability to give 400 (positive) rep points.

I havent been on here for about two or three weeks, and my rep points jumped from 100 something to like 580.....i must have ruled why i was away
