north korea couldn't nuke the US because they don't have the missiles to reach us yet. you have the situation backwards. the US has had an aegis destroyer presence in the sea of japan for over a year now, in the hopes that it would be able to shoot down a ballistic missile headed for japan. japan is, and has been since world war II, militarilly depedent on the US.

and a worry for some is that if japan changes this situation by building up its military and going nuclear, which it could do very fast, that it would lead to an arms race with china and regional destabilization.

because having a bigger picture beside our names is such a huge deal. 99% of the people who had/have them are good users anyway. gav gave me one because i've uploaded like 3 albums for him.
