I'm sure it depends.

Maveryck has been a Pit mod (more specifically, Politics and World Issues) for over a year, yet he doesn't have banning powers yet. He's a good guy, he seems to want to close every Pit thread I make (:(), but he still doesn't have such powers.

There's probably a timeframe that Jim sets before giving banning powers, if there's any need for those powers to be given.

i already heard some rap stuff, i think i have some public enemy LP here, and i even have the single of rappers delight from sugarhill gang, and imo, rap hasn't improve since then.

Chris, have you heard the rap album by Deltron 3030? Jason/Bobo sent it to me a night or two ago and I found it to be pretty decent.
