Tjebby 06-21-2005 05:31 PM

HAve any of you guys heard of Pretty Girls Make Graves?

Gnarmageddon 06-21-2005 05:33 PM

I've never heard any of the band's songs, but it's a good song by The Smiths.

Tjebby 06-21-2005 05:44 PM

Damn, I want the album, but I don't want to buy it. I have only heard one song. It was pretty good.

Iscariot 06-21-2005 05:51 PM

Mmm The Allman Brothers Band.

Tjebby 06-21-2005 05:52 PM

Iscariot 06-21-2005 05:53 PM
Hey Jared, whats your favorite Tenacious(i dont know how to spell it) D song?
Tribute, because it's the only one I've bothered to learn on guitar.

Tjebby 06-21-2005 05:55 PM

haha. Mine would be Drive-Thru, but thats a skit. Songwise, its prolly going to be Karate.

Iscariot 06-21-2005 05:56 PM

 I have to learn that song on guitar next because I want to add a performance of it to my Jack Black impersonations.

Tjebby 06-21-2005 05:57 PM

Yeah, it doesnt sound that technical. Just some barre chords, other chords, and a little bit of easy fingerpicking.

Iscariot 06-21-2005 05:57 PM

Truth. Plus it's fun to sing and it's short.

Tjebby 06-21-2005 05:59 PM

Yeah, good stuff.

Tjebby 06-21-2005 05:59 PM

Woah, Jared did you just get your old post count back?

Best way to start off an album...

"Oh my god, I think I'm blind!"

Iscariot 06-21-2005 06:02 PM
Woah, Jared did you just get your old post count back?
Greatest Hit's albums never die...

Iscariot 06-21-2005 06:09 PM
Greatest Hit's albums never die...
Yes they do.

Shania Twain - Greatest Hits
Bjork - Greatest Hits
Dr Dre - Death Row Greatest Hits
John Denver - Greatest Hits
Most pop-punk/screamo/hXc/metalcore greatest hits albums.

Understanding In a Crash 06-21-2005 06:16 PM

I still listen to Shania Twain greatest hits and any band that has a greatest hits under the screamo/hXc/metalcore is bad idea. Most of the bands in that genre last about 3 years MAX!
You listen to SoCo?
Gnarmageddon 06-21-2005 07:13 PM

That's kind of a surprise. I could never picture you listening to them. But they're good nonetheless.
