I'd be amazed if there's still pits when they play their new ****.

LifeInABox 02-22-2008 07:58 PM

Why the hell would you want to be like Pantera?

DJTeeLay 02-22-2008 07:59 PM

Funny because Pantera ripped off another band off that time.

Mappy post a link to your oldest running band in here.

DJTeeLay 02-22-2008 08:04 PM

Bands trying to be like other bands makes me laugh.

IE: Norma Jean when they made "O God, the Aftermath."
They said they were inspired by some rock band that has little to nothing to do with their sound. We all know who they ripped off. No point mentioning them.

Why would the prime example of a generic Hardcore suddenly be inspired by a band like Pantera?
That would be like In Flames suddenly being inspired by Wu Tang Clan and coming out with a terrible rap album (they might as well).

So, anyways, what's Botch's best CD?
All I've heard and have is from "We Are the Romans."

i am the robots 02-22-2008 08:06 PM

Or more realistically, In Flames becoming inspired by Korn.
