Spread it thinly on toast until you develop your palate enough to eat a greater amount.

Don't worry about the cost. Postage to other countries sucks majorly in Australia, anyway. On the same day I posted a parcel to Florida, another to Sweden and a large envelope to Western Australia. Cost me nearly $80 overall for just posting 4 items, and only 3 internationally. :-/
