Not really. Having no brakes sucks. Brakes don't get in the way and they don't stop you from being able to do certain things. All they do is keep you alive.

Sunshine 05-08-2008 11:05 AM

My dad rides [among other types], a track bike.
No brakes.

Has a sticker on it, actually, "BRAKES ARE FOR PUSSIES."

I'm pretty sure he almost died numerous times on his ride to work.

Panopticon 05-08-2008 11:05 AM

imo dying is no fun.

Sunshine 05-08-2008 11:11 AM

He liked the thrill.
Or something.

It's not his only bike, he has like 4 others.
BMX, Single speed, road bike, mountain bike [maybe 2, I have no idea], and his fixed gear [aka track bike, aka lacking in the brakes].
Yes..type one for 40 years...
Sucks man

Janeway 05-08-2008 11:34 AM

Frick, knitting needles are expensive...

I can't decide if I should learn to knit, or continue trying to crochet. I've only been basically crocheting practice swatches of a couple different kinds of stitches, so it's not like I'm that advanced. I can't make anything because I've only got some shitty old yarn.

But I have a full set of crochet hooks, where as I only have one pair of needles.

I have a friend from highschool that is diabetic. We always gave him hell about really being a heroin addict and just using diabetes as a cover up for all his needle use.

Chippy569 05-08-2008 12:25 PM

i dropped some new rear deck speakers in today.

Harrow 05-08-2008 12:26 PM

I heard one of the easiest ways to murder someone without getting caught is to give them an overdose of insulin, apparently a medical examiner doesn't check for that/it gets metabolized by your body quickly.

Chippy569 05-08-2008 12:33 PM

it takes a freaking lot of insulin to kill someone with it, though.

Retarded Chipple 05-08-2008 12:36 PM

Wouldn't you have to inject it into them though?

Harrow 05-08-2008 12:47 PM

Yeah but just use a small gauge needle and hit em between the toes when they are sleeping, coroner will never find the puncture wound.

yeah except i'd probably wake up if i felt someone stick a needle inbetween my toes.
Dude, stop watching CSI, seriously lol.
I think I've only seen CSI once in my life, I have several friends going through medical school, I used to live with one who brought home tapes of autopsy's being done and stuff it was really cool to watch.

It doesn't really matter if you wake up either only takes a second to jab the needle in and slam down the syringe.

Oh and under your fingernails or eyelid is a good place for needles too, I learned this from druggies who were supposed to be clean and didn't want track marks haha.

Mr Pink 05-08-2008 02:29 PM

Llamas don't like pickles....btw.

SparBZ 05-08-2008 02:31 PM

I'm almost done with my "company" website.

Panopticon 05-08-2008 02:33 PM

SparBZ 05-08-2008 02:40 PM

SparBZ 05-08-2008 02:43 PM

fishbulb 05-08-2008 04:40 PM

BummerJonny 05-08-2008 04:46 PM

Panopticon 05-08-2008 04:59 PM

fishy i forgot to record the thing...i might record it now, maybe tomorrow.

fishbulb 05-08-2008 05:23 PM

Ok, i'll listen to it once you upload it.

I need to fix my recording computer. My brother was going to take all of his old computer parts to make a better computer for recording but all of a sudden the power supply died so we need to move everything back to fix it and we haven't yet. So i can't record anything right now but it doesn't really matter because my drums aren't in that same room.

I want to record so badly, though.
