I think he had a hand in writing a bit of it, probably one of the only things they let him contribute to |
Shortass is MXican's original account.
Oh, I see then. I thought it was adressed to me. As usually, I lost my temper :upset: |

My top 5 would probably be
1)Ride the Lightning 2)Master of Puppets 3)One 4)Fade to Black 5)Battery Ride the Lightning and Master of Puppets are pretty close to being tied I think. And I just picked Battery, I could have put a number of other songs too. |

Metallica changed with every release. There won't be another "St. Anger" or "Ride the Lightning" either.
|
Metallica changed with every release.
except Load / Reload  |
Metallica changed with every release. There won't be another "St. Anger" or "Ride the Lightning" either.
Although they did change, the songs on the first four albums had a much "thrashier" sound to them. The songs were also more complex |
Aye, yes I know. Also, Load/re-load were both really the same album, on a double disk set released at separate dates...
|
Just a question....did Metallica grow up on the sunset strip like a ton of 80's metal bands did?
|
San Francisco Bay Area I believe.
|
sunset strip is in LA, but I think it is san fransisco
|
The new album will be called Re-Anger, featuing guests like Jay Z and J.Lo.
mwhaaaaa :D I also want a second Kill em All this time named Metal Up Your A$$ ! Like James said in Metal Militia 1983. But they probably won't produce anything as heavy as 80's if you're waiting for it. I think it will sound like the Black album. *can feel the future* :D Edit: They started in LA whole 1982 with Ron. But had to move to SF because Cliff insisted that he won't be playing in LA gay scene. |
I wouldn't be disappointed with another Black Album.
|
I wouldn't be disappointed with another Black Album.
i would... |
i wouldnt mind if it was like the black album, as long as it wasnt exactly the same - variation between albums is essential
|
I wouldn't be disappointed with any Metallica album unless it has rapping in it.
|

Well it's been 20 years since a thrash album....and I'm ready...even though I'm not even 20 years old, I still want one |
yeh...i have kill em all, ride the lightning, master of puppets, ...and justice for all, load, reload, and the earlier albums are by far the best
|
Load was dissapointing.
Re-load was...meh. |
