I guess cause metalcore doesn't have much core in it usually in the first place, its just a certain kind of metal most of the time. |

yeah I kinda giggled when a friend of mine called The Chariot hardcore. I mean they aren't really metalcore either but when I think hardcore I think more toughguy rise up stuff. |

In REAL metalcore, you can definitely hear the hardcore influence. You can't hear the hardcore influence in most **** nowadays because it's all moshXcore and pop punk bands trying to be heavy type **** that's being deemed metalcore, but it really isn't at all. |

Alot of my friends think Lamb of God is Metalcore as well as recent Throwdown. I never thought about that. Maylene being Groove Metal. Hmm... |
