badtaste 11-10-2007 09:27 PM

In that case, where do I start?

gmoneyguy 11-10-2007 09:29 PM

I just know people who like one usually like the other. I personally don't care for either. I suppose the early stuff would be worth looking into.

Noothgrush 11-10-2007 09:29 PM

I like Arch Enemy for the most part, but i really do not like COB.

Iluvatar 11-10-2007 09:35 PM

I like CoB a little more than Arch Enemy.

badtaste 11-10-2007 09:36 PM

Haha, conflicting theories. I'll do some investigating.

Apocalyptic Raids 11-10-2007 09:37 PM
In that case, where do I start?
Burning Bridges

Noothgrush 11-10-2007 09:39 PM

I think the reason I stopped listening to COB is because every time I've seen them, Alexi screws up all of his solos.

badtaste 11-10-2007 09:42 PM
Burning Bridges
Was about to pick Doomsday Machine, but an Apoc Raids recommendation has never failed me yet (or resulted in my stabbing out my ears), so Burning Bridges it is.

Apocalyptic Raids 11-10-2007 09:43 PM

you might want to check out stuff from both, since they have very different vocalists.

Noothgrush 11-10-2007 09:45 PM

Wages of Sin is pretty dope too.

badtaste 11-10-2007 09:54 PM

Mmkay. Will check out Wages of Sin as well.

Iluvatar 11-10-2007 10:02 PM

I'd recommend Sean Kingston over Arch Enemy if your interested in looking into that kinda music tbh.

Noothgrush 11-10-2007 10:03 PM

oh man hahaha that was a good one.

gmoneyguy 11-10-2007 11:37 PM

Aviv Geffen is wearing eye glitter on the Blackfield DVD.

Deth 11-10-2007 11:42 PM

I didn't even know there was a Blackfield DVD.

gmoneyguy 11-10-2007 11:48 PM

Its good. SW changes up his vocal melodies from the CDs. The eye glitter was rather unexpected.

Edit: I didn't realize they covered ThankYou - Alnis Morissette

ZapatoDiablo 11-11-2007 12:09 AM

Do they play The Hole in Me?

gmoneyguy 11-11-2007 12:18 AM

Nope.

Nostalgia 11-11-2007 01:34 AM

So I'm hitting my friend's gravity bong tomorrow. He said one hit and I'll be gone, haha.

Lunch 11-11-2007 02:26 AM

probably true

big80smullet 11-11-2007 03:21 AM

Sup thread. I had bacon and eggs for dinner. it was deliciously greasy

Tyler 11-11-2007 04:31 AM

lol that is breakfast food!

ps: cant sleep (clown'll eat me)

Tyr 11-11-2007 05:52 AM

That would be more like dinner, if I ate meat anyway.

Riva 11-11-2007 06:11 AM

You're a veggie? :-o

Neoteric 11-11-2007 06:16 AM

I am listening to Cows while sipping on a coke.

i am the robots 11-11-2007 06:40 AM

So I'm talking to the cute scene girl I saw at the diner the other night via myspace omg.

I can't sleep. :(

Neoteric 11-11-2007 06:45 AM

Hey look, it's the afternoon here.

Riva 11-11-2007 06:48 AM

Hey look it's late night here.

Good on you, Mappy.

I'm listening to Barenaked Ladies and studying Mullions and Boudinage!

i am the robots 11-11-2007 06:53 AM

It's 8:00 AM here, I can't sleep at all.

I watched Idle Hands, Saw 2, The Devil's Rejects, and The Departed last night with some friends though. That was a pretty sweet little marathon we had.

AA-12 11-11-2007 06:56 AM

Awesome. Those movies are great.

i am the robots 11-11-2007 06:58 AM

I agree. I was really surprised with The Devil's Rejects... it was awesome to see a horror film that had a somewhat disturbing basis to it rather than just SOME GUY WHO CANT DIE STABS ****.

Neoteric 11-11-2007 06:59 AM

Right now I am listening to L and still sipping on the same can of Coke.

i am the robots 11-11-2007 07:01 AM

I'm listening to Architect's demos and my legs are sore.

Riva 11-11-2007 07:03 AM

I watched Casino again earlier today. That baseball bat scene is brutal.

AA-12 11-11-2007 07:04 AM

The Devil's Rejects is one of my favorite movies. Best slasher/horror ever. I love Zombie so much.

Speaking of Zombies, i'm playing Urban Dead again.

i am the robots 11-11-2007 07:13 AM

That movie is seriously really intense. That cop goes insane.

big80smullet 11-11-2007 07:17 AM

I watched sicko today. im scared to come to the states next year cause i have diabetes :( maybe ill get sick and they'll throw me onto the street an ill have to go to cuba for treatment. :(

Devils Rejects is great. I went to see it at the movies and it finished exactly on midnight. was wierd

Tyr 11-11-2007 07:19 AM
You're a veggie? :-o
Indeed I am. Almost vegan.

And I remember Boudinage, funny phenomenon. It's sounds like something sexual, if you ask me. Even if it's from the French word for sausage.

AA-12 11-11-2007 07:20 AM

I couldn't live being a vegetarian. My diet flat out couldn't work :(
