My hair goes crazy when it's dry and windy.

Oh, wind sucks too.
My hair is so thin and light that like, if I'm walking and its windy and it blows my bangs away from my face, even for a short walk to class, my hair will be permanently flipped out for the rest of the day >=/

Not too knowledgeable on lower end keyboards. You can get Casios for less than that that are pretty decent. I have a pre-General Midi Casio that has 220 instruments on it, despite being from 1989 some of the instrument patches don't sound too shabby.

You can't go wrong with Yamaha.

Also, do you want 61 keys, 81 keys, weighted keys....?
