It's all with the times. It'll pass soon enough, but for now we should just flow with it. We can look back on our teen years and laugh at all the emo kids and how stupid it was. Trends are part of growing up. They'll always be there.

Aaron 11-03-2005 06:16 PM
i find it funny how wearing girl pants is emo. I have a friend who tears up his pants and sews them so that they are tighter because they dont come that small, its actually kind of funy.
my girlfriend is so emo!

Janeway 11-03-2005 06:20 PM

C'mon.
Look back on our childhoods?
If it weren't for the fads we face in our adolescence, we wouldn't learn from them and we'd end up doing the same thing when we're 35.
Childhood is a time to be completely stupid and careless and follow the crowd to be happy, because we're all going to end up in a fucking 9-5 paper pushing job, retire, and live alone as misreble fogies sitting in nursing homes spending every second we have reminiscing about the wonderful things we had as children.

Brokensticks 11-03-2005 06:25 PM

None of my friends are emo, not many at school here.

:[ I'm using a Mac. I am SO offended. Whats NOT to love about overpriced, oveerrated computers that are based soley on their looks and ad campaigns?

i would kill for a pc. hopefully, we'll get a new comp soon. but all of my money is going to new cymbals.

I have an Emac. You sir, complain way too much. Apple(apart from Ipods) makes great stuff.

spike9908 11-03-2005 07:47 PM

i hate mac computers. they have such a crappy design. ill take a moniter and a tower over a mac anytime.

LoneStarDrummer 11-03-2005 07:49 PM

apple does make good things, even the ipod (one of the best mp3 players out there), they just like to make everything propriotary(sp). they want you to use apple products and only apple products.

You don't honestly think that way do you? Thats a very negative outlook. There has to be something positive like music and playing to keep you young and alive.

I just had a great jam out with one of my old buddies, he's gotten to be a really top notch player. We sat around and traded licks for about 2 hours great times.
