Yep, basically.

Every town in the Greater Boston area is flooded. We've had nonstop downpours for 2 weeks and Saugus is officially flooded. I pulled onto my street and the street wasn't a street; it was a river.

I drove downtown to get somewhere and I waas literally driving through 3 feet of water...I'm lucky I drive a Jeep Wrangler or else I wouldn't have gotten through.

That's pretty crazy. At the moment it's just the start of Summer for us, and it's starting to get warmer and sunnier.
Have there been any casualties/deaths from the floods?

Have you seen anyone in like canoes or anything? If my town were flooded, I'd try and make a canoe out of something, or just buy one if I could get into town. It would be awesome.

Those firecrackers were soo much fun. I remember last year at lunch I was digging through my bag and I pulled a couple out. They had to gun powder in them though.

What a long day. We got to the church at 1:30 and didn't leave until close to 5:00. We then went to mmy grandmas house for 3 hours until we decided to go out for dinner. I just got in like 10 minutes ago.

Yeah they are. We got gun powder from someone in the army and filled some tubes with those and added Roman Candle Balls for special effects and used the fuse from them too. I bet it wasn't legal, but it was fun for sure.
