To be honest, Are You Dead Yet is the closest album to that. The other three are quite a change in style.

But they changed from the Hatebreeder/SW stuff to the HCDR/AYDY sound. :confused:

Follow the Reaper and everything before was purely power metal. HCDR and AYDY are much heavier and more riff-based. If you get AYDY, expect plenty of heavy riffs with thrashy moments. If you go with Hatebreeder or Something Wild, expect a lot more atmospheric keyboard playing, black metal-ish screaming, and neoclassical guitar. All of their albums have Alexi's insane shredding though, so if that's what you're looking for, just get all of them. :)
