Lots of the Rock In Rio setlist (or RiR as we know it) is from the Brave New World (BNW) album. Their other classic albums are Seventh Son Of A Seventh Son (SSOASS), Number of the Beast (NotB) and we never seem to be able to decide on a third one. If you want to hear stuff NOT on RiR, get Dance Of Death (DoD) which was written after that concert. That too is also an amazing album with some of their best songs on it. |

I've just started recording with my band and have finished these two songs so far. What do you think of them? They are here. Dibs for guessing which part was ripped almost straight from Iron Maiden's style.
What is everyones favorite song off of Powerslave. Mine is either 2 minutes to midnight or Rime of the Ancient Mariner.
I used the latter for an english project two years ago. We needed to find a song about the short story Ryme of the Ancient Mariner. The song is pretty much a summary of the story.
I gotta go with the title track, not only is is it my favorite off the album, it's my favorite Maiden song in general. |
I saw those when I was searching for Maiden stuff.
Ps. Hows MXaiden goin?
Oh dear god...that was just wrong... MXaiden? Who are they? |
:upset: i tried to change my avatar to a flashing Blaze thing but it says that i can't upload animated avatars.

The songs off of BNW are mostly on the first disc (I think) their pretty good too so I'll look around for that. |
