I'd switch Pleasant Hill for Antioch/Pittsburg/Bay Point and Vacaville for Dixon and say your right. It's technically the 9 counties, Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin, Napa, Solano, Sonoma, Santa Clara, San Mateo and San Francisco. So the ends of those would be better fringes

I wouldn't think so if you live on the peninsula. But I've spent my entire life in Vallejo and a lot of time in Contra Costa county, so it's my second home. Dixon is where Niko lives, its a podunk redneck town at the edge of Solano County right next to Davis. And Antioch/Pittsburg/Bay Point does suck balls.
