Hey Mike, I need some good noise albums. I grabbed some off of your blog, but are there any major releases that I should hunt down?

I don't know what you have already, but the John Wiese uploaded into my blog is like one of the cornerstones of noise albums. You might also want to try:

Incapacitants - No Progress
The Gerogerigegege - Tokyo Anal Dynamite
C.C.C.C. - Cosmic Coincidence Control Center
Government Alpha - Sporadical Spectra
Aube - Blood Brain Barrier
MSBR - Mother Earth

those are some of the essential noise albums that I think you don't have. I didn't add any Merzbow, Massona etc. because those are far more popular and I know you have some of thtat already.

I didn't have last.fm running at all this week. I had like 17 total plays.

this post is to bump the last.fm thread so everyone thinks that charts are up and they go and check their profile to be disappointed

Or they check the thread to see who's commenting on what because they understand the concepts of time and updates.

I looked at the last.fm thread because I thought someone was making a comment on another person charts/comment from last week, because I was fortunately born with the ability to tell time and I can see that it's 24 hours too early for last.fm to update.

Aaron's prank would only have worked on people who were part of the original mob anyways, back when it was audioscrobbler.com and it updated on Monday morning (AEST), not last.fm which has updated on Tuesday morning for at least a year now.

last.fm usually updates sunday night for me, tbh

That's Monday afternoon here, though. Unless you mean early night, which it is right now on the East Coast of the US of A of Earth.
