:lol: Probably a good idea. You'll cut the amount of threads by at least 300. Sometimes I wonder if anybody has anything new to say about them, you know? Can I say something? I just want to express how happy I am that we have such kickarse mods running this forum. I know I will sound like I am brown-nosing, but it needs to be said.

When I first started here, we only had SFK and Jelle, and Nacho actually posted here occasionally :eek: Then a short time later, Chris became the third mod of R&M, and now we have Bartender as another. The forum when I first started was pretty **** good, but still had quite a few idiot posters, quite a few spam threads and not as much good discussion as we do now.

You may have noticed that as the time has gone by, there has been fewer and fewer threads reported in here, and much more positive suggestions and such. I know I have been here a short time, but I think this forum has gone from a good forum to a great one, quite possibly the best on MX. And it really comes back to the mods, and some excellent regular users; Pigs, Gilmour (The Poster Formerly Known As KingofDudes), Rock Not Roll, BoboTheRagingHobo, and of course Medopalis (who should be a mod by now :naughty: ).

So, good on you guys. Thanks for making this a really awesome place for me to come when I'm relaxing at home, or avoiding study at uni. I've made some good friends here, and I hope to be here for a lot longer. Good stuff! :thumb:

The great mods have certainly help cut down on the idiot posters since I have been here...when I first joined there was tons of idiots. Also with the help of good posters makes this a great forum now with pretty much good dicussion all the time. The combination of the two have made this such a better forum, and one of the most popular as well.

^^^^^^ The rules for R&M is different than the ones in the Punk Forum.... NevermindTheBallots was actually banned from the punk forum. I am helping mod the punk forum until the new mod gets there. I am basically letting the users run it over there and they said to nail ya.....

Could a mod edit the first post in the classic rock thread to say that this is now just a classic rock discussion thread. It woulod help because we get people quoting the first post alot and saying how classic rock is coming back and all, and it disturbs the conversation.

:), maybe just add "don't quote the first page, just join in the discussion on the last page". And put it in 7 font and bold :mad: stupid n00bs might not understand if it;s not frickin' huge.

Also, JPJrulestheworld and Livewired need a temp banning. This spam is getting out of hand. It runins the classic rock discussion and makes the thread look all useless and spammy. Same with the offical led zeppelin thread.

Your both banned for 1 week. I will not tolerate this garbage as well. I should prune about 500 post off each of your post counts. Your lucky Im in a good mood. When you get unbanned, if you post spam crap again your banned for a month. Do it again and I'll delete your user.

If you create another user and spam, I'll instantly delete your users. I don't want to see either of you back in here for 7 days, when you do come back an apology to the other forum members would be nice.
