Metal and rock, but the basics. Metallica, Black Sabbath, AC/DC and Led Zeppelin. MX really helped me find new bands in a short amount of time.

I know, I don't know what happened to me. First I went off in the Death review for reasons I can't explain, and now I think this amazing music is putting my in some sort of relaxed state. I'm enjoying it. :)

I rarely can ever have a good music conversation. None of my good friends really like music all that much.

I know. My friends cant handle complicated music like Dream Theater, Nightwish, Opeth or Spiral Architect. Let alone any form of death metal. I can only talk to them about AC/DC, Led Zeppelin, Nirvana, Metallica and Audioslave (plus a few similar bands). I still like those bands, but I have realized that there are so many better bands out there. Most people just aren't interested in finding new bands. Plus many people think metal fans are all satanic cult followers or are suicidal, so they stay away.

Well, it's hard to have a dialogue...but I can chat endlessly about music to people and they can just listen... :-\

Luckily my gf is one of the few people I can discuss music with and actually discuss it. She even gets me into new bands :eek:

However, I think I'm gonna be totally lacking at the radio station. It's an Indie Rock station and I don't know nearly enough of that. I'm gonna feel so unknowledgable.
