srsly. I went to a place the other day though, and ordered off the menu (nothing veggie on it) and it ended up being really good. Big burrito stuffed to maximum capacity with delicious vegetables and cheese and beans.

You've gotta seek out a good Mexican place and frequent it. There's not many of them this far from the border.
