The vocals have to grow on you...focus more on the music and you notice it less.

I think they're melodic death.

Arsis is melodic death metal but more brutal than say old In Flames.

I had a great weekend.

Went to a friends lan party for his birthday, played games all night and such. And today went out to lunch with 7 friends of mine for chinese food and hung out the rest of the day. This was a good weekend for me, something thats rare for me heh.

Wasn't too bad. Went up to Virginia to hang out with some friends I hadn't seen in a while. Nice to get away from here for a few days anyway. What games were you playing at the LAN? And Riva, what are FA's? I stopped speaking school jargon long ago.

We were playing Counter-Strike and the old Unreal Tournament ( the best one of them all ).

Good 'ol CS. Played quite a bit earlier tonight, CS:Source actually. I never tire of it. You ever play online? Haha just saw your reply in the HIM thread, makes me laugh out loud every time.
