the concept of it was much different
hell is described as a terrible place in the bible. Not that different. |
I understand this. But i severely doubt Jesus wanted the potrait of a red demon on a fiery throne underneath the earth's crust painted into people's minds.

They were just making what was said into visual form, really. Luke 16:22-24 uses a parable to describe hell: "The time came when the beggar died and the angels carried him to Abraham's side. The rich man also died and was buried. In hell, where he was in torment, he looked up and saw Abraham far away, with Lazarus by his side. So he called to him, 'Father Abraham, have pity on me and send Lazarus to dip the tip of his finger in water and cool my tongue, because I am in agony in this fire.'" Revelation 19:20 talks about the fiery lake: "But the beast was captured, and with him the false prophet who had performed the miraculous signs on his behalf. With these signs he had deluded those who had received the mark of the beast and worshiped his image. The two of them were thrown alive into the fiery lake of burning sulfur." |
those bible verses are actually kinda badass

this |
mcpreppy and mappie, how often do you pray?
|
i'm pretty sure there has been a consistent "go to hell and burn" school of thought through out Christianity. There are other concepts of it but the fire and devil part has been pretty well believed since Christianity's conception. Its all over your holy book.
|
mcpreppy and mappie, how often do you pray?
Like the many waters of a storm, I made (the contents of) their gullets and entrails run down upon the wide earth. My prancing steeds harnessed for my riding, plunged into the streams of their blood as (into) a river. its just passive aggressive writing from the jews

last night i dreamt that slayer were on tour and playing 3 dates in london. i was very happy
then i woke up |
Last night I got wasted at a party.
Now I'm waiting for the mailman to deliver my package of elite boardgames. Tonight I'm going to see Terminator; Salvation Sup? |
last night i got very drunk with some friends
tonight im doing the same i finished my degree 2 days ago you see |
Nice.
I guess I'll have some beer to to make the night even better. Meh, waiting fr the mailman sucks. |
oh i've spent many days waiting for the mailman
i ****ing hate it occupy yourself with some useless videogame or something especially when you've ordered something foreign and you can wait a week then think it'll never arrive |
Well, I'm already on MX,so that's a good pass time activity. :p
I love the track&trace system though. My order is: on it's way in the driver's van now. And should arrive any moment now, I hope. Mail usually arrives at around this time. It sucks when you're home alone, waiting forthe mailman and you need to take a dump. That's very bad timing. :( |
lol
|
I was swimming today.
Nice... 1hour and swam about 600-800metres; some 10 years ago I was far better... damn smoking; 10 years ago I was able to swim about 2000metres... |
Nice Kacper.
I used to do swimming too. Going to the pool by bike (7km) then swimming, about 50 laps. Then relaxig in a turkish sauna, then riding home again. Now that was a good workout. Any other plans for today? RAAH. The mailmen just arrived, but it was a mailman on a bike, so he didn't deliver my package. I have to wait for the mailman by van. |
Hah
:) |
That's no laughing matter.
Sup? |
Yeah, I'm waiting for a package to arrive as well. I always hate it when it takes longer than a week, lol.

I plan to check out the sauna... but when it will be cold and rainy outside; if you have sunshine, sauna is just not the best place to be :p For today? Idk - I am pretty tired right now - what a surprise ^^ First of all wash my hairs, eat something, studying and at the evening going out with a friend for chicks... at least I hope so. I need a chick soon, or I am going crazy... |

The bastard is too quick though and we don't have any mousetraps. So I wonder if I'll catch him. I've put some bacon in a bucket, hoping it'll go in there and I can raise the bucket. No luck so far though.
7/10
I'll report back to you later. haha. |
