Firebats = so underrated.

It's awesome though. Josh + Jasonx2 = win nerdy conversations.

AA-12 11-07-2007 11:02 PM

I actually have something nerdy to ask Jason so here we go, thread spirals into oblivion.

What would you say is the best loadout for a squad of Terminators? I'm probably going with the basic all around option.

Riva 11-07-2007 11:03 PM

If I was going to start a 40K army, I reckon I'd go Dark Eldar or Daemonhunters. *shrug*

BoboTheRagingHobo 11-07-2007 11:03 PM
rofl man, your Blizzaradar is amazing.
Hell yeah it is...

Actually I just logged on and this was the 4th thread I checked heh.

And Mappy, the Ghosts are what said that.

And Chaos Space Marine avatars are teh win /looks at avatar

I play Daemonhunters as one of my three armies, and they are fairly hard to play due to their high costs but still die like a normal marine.

And for Chaos termies, I don't know all that much...lemme think about it.

Iluvatar 11-07-2007 11:05 PM

**** more Warhammer conversation.

Riva 11-07-2007 11:05 PM

So Dark Eldar would be better?

Dark Eldar look cool, anyways.

Charizard 11-07-2007 11:07 PM

Eldar? like Elves in LOTR?
And Mappy, the Ghosts are what said that.
You're right, shi. /played Protoss.

BoboTheRagingHobo 11-07-2007 11:07 PM

Actually Dark Eldar are a pretty tough race to play since they haven't had a codex update since 2nd edition, so their rules are pretty lack luster to the armies of date. But they are extremely brutal and efficient if played by a good player.

And what do you want your termies to do Josh? Shoot? Close combat or a mix of both?

Iluvatar : QQ

AA-12 11-07-2007 11:07 PM

Mix of both really, which is why i'm probably going with the basis all around config.
So Dark Eldar would be better?

Eldar > Dark Eldar

I tried to convince Matt to play ^_^ TAU ^_^ last night, haha.

Charizard 11-07-2007 11:08 PM

That zombie robot race was badass, I will admit.

Iluvatar 11-07-2007 11:09 PM

Hey guys I was talking to a girl today it was weird.

AA-12 11-07-2007 11:10 PM

Iluvatar 11-07-2007 11:11 PM

Power weapons with Reaper Autocannons? I hate how CSM terminators are so much cheaper then space marines counter parts.

And Tau are awesome, they are my favorite army and their fluff is a break from the rest of the 40ks story.

And Eldar are elfs in space pretty much, even got the pointy ears and shi.

And women are highly overrated.

Riva 11-07-2007 11:13 PM

And bloody hell Bobo. Since you're crushing all my 40K dreams, I guess I'll just be vanilla space marines then.

Kage 11-07-2007 11:13 PM

What's it like to talk to a girl?

AA-12 11-07-2007 11:13 PM

@J2: Eh, every army is good. The only one i'd said not to go with would be Tyranids and Orks. Both are horde armies which cost a ton and take a lot of time and the Orks are really outdated. The codex is like 200 years old :|

Yeah, that's sound about right.

Tau are cool and all but there's too many furry armies using them :x

Iluvatar 11-07-2007 11:14 PM

I'd rather talk to eldar than chicks tbqh.

Charizard 11-07-2007 11:14 PM
And Eldar are elfs in space pretty much, even got the pointy ears and shi.
It's actually really cool that they credited Tolkien in calling them Eldar instead of Elves. I always liked the term. /elf fag

big80smullet 11-07-2007 11:14 PM

Its real nice. and if the conversation drifts of you can look at her boobs

Iluvatar 11-07-2007 11:15 PM

What if she doesnt have boobs

Kage 11-07-2007 11:16 PM

Then you look at her feet.

Riva 11-07-2007 11:18 PM

I'm a T&A man myself.

Tibia and ankles.

Charizard 11-07-2007 11:18 PM

Lips.

Iluvatar 11-07-2007 11:19 PM

Orks are getting a new codex in January though.

AA-12 11-07-2007 11:22 PM
Orks are getting a new codex in January though.
New models sometime then too.

Have you seen the new codex? It leaked.

BoboTheRagingHobo 11-07-2007 11:24 PM

Seen bits and pieces, but I don't really pay much attention to leaks since I am to lazy to dig through all the annoying OMG type posts and such.

My first girlfriend was a foot shorter than me. It's pretty natural actually.

Charizard 11-07-2007 11:28 PM

My one ex was 10 inches shorter than me. It worked well-ish though.

Kage 11-07-2007 11:38 PM

Iluvatar 11-07-2007 11:38 PM
