1. Buddyhead is terrible

2. Final Fight are amazing, which is why you guys should help them with a show.

3. Botch - We Are the Romans: http://s5.yousendit.com/d.aspx?id=2XA64FNT6U0Q40VXMY7C0JEVS3

This had better be good because I have never heard this band before.

CONNER_NWHC 05-27-2005 06:16 PM

CONNER_NWHC 05-27-2005 06:20 PM

shane italian 05-27-2005 06:21 PM

It's sunny here and it's like 70 or 80 out. I'm gonna goto the jacuzzi with this girl I like tonight and then Hollywood tomorrow.

NewKindofArmy03 05-27-2005 06:39 PM

It's about 80 here, the weather was perfect today.

conniption 05-27-2005 06:47 PM

My band you guys check us out, we're decent. I do vocals. I saw the sun for the first time in a week!

CONNER_NWHC 05-27-2005 06:51 PM

That's terrible, sorry but it is.

NewKindofArmy03 05-27-2005 07:04 PM

It might sound alright if there was a better recording, but I don't know. I can't hear drums at all either. Also, my tape recorder would sound better then whatever you used.

shane italian 05-27-2005 07:04 PM

Time to clean and hit the jacuzzi!

CONNER_NWHC 05-27-2005 07:09 PM

you better jerk off first shane

shane italian 05-27-2005 07:16 PM

What did you use to record that righteous?

cbmartinez 05-27-2005 09:43 PM

Marigold were fucking incredible as usual.

Nothing that came out after 1975, I can tell you that much.

oopyman 05-28-2005 01:07 AM

I've seen Death Before Dishonor and Ramallah. They're both pretty good live.

BuddyBigsby 05-28-2005 01:09 AM

best part?

The Showdown are playing across the street the same night.

oopyman 05-28-2005 01:11 AM

Ramallah's highlight was the new song Kill a Celeberity. For Death Before Dishonor, the pile ons during True Til Death were cool.

young, loud and andrew 05-28-2005 08:51 AM

So... I just realized Stay Gold covers "Thursday" by Turning Point at the end of Pills and Advice. That's cool. I want to buy the Turning Point discography soon...

SunnyDayRealEstateAM 05-28-2005 08:59 AM

Turning Point 1988-1991 is really good. I recommend it.

BuddyBigsby 05-28-2005 12:30 PM

Good disc. Sinking Ships covered Turning Point when I saw them.

cbmartinez 05-28-2005 12:32 PM

Reiner, tab some Death By Stereo.

BuddyBigsby 05-28-2005 12:32 PM

On my birthday too. Hmm.

cbmartinez 05-28-2005 12:34 PM

I bet the Special Guest is The Showdown!

BuddyBigsby 05-28-2005 12:35 PM

That would seal the deal. I would be there.

XemoXmoshXpitX 05-28-2005 12:35 PM
best part?

Have you seen them live before?

BuddyBigsby 05-28-2005 12:36 PM

Yes.

cbmartinez 05-28-2005 12:39 PM

Have you guys heard The Twilight Collective? They're ex-Shai Halud.

SpecialBoy 05-28-2005 12:47 PM

1. Comment on my Judge review: http://www.sputnikmusic.com/album.php?albumid=2373

2. We need a lot more hardcore reviews.
Have you guys heard The Twilight Collective? They're ex-Shai Halud.
Aren't they just a local band right now? I've seen them on a few shows around here.

40 oz 2 freedom 05-28-2005 01:20 PM

Almost had a run-in with Johnny Law last night, party got busted. Some lady was writing down license plates as we were all getting out of there.

SpecialBoy 05-28-2005 01:23 PM

They actually break up parties in the US?

SunnyDayRealEstateAM 05-28-2005 01:30 PM

Yea all the time. They check for drugs. Its mostly because nosey b'itchy *** neighbors complain about cars and the noise.

SpecialBoy 05-28-2005 01:35 PM

That never really happens here, although if you make loads of noise then the police can come but they generally have better things to do in London at night.

AndreTheHyena 05-28-2005 01:37 PM

I almost went to jail yesterday because a friend I was with stole the suggestion box from Subway. I smarted off to the cop and he was like, "Ok, you can spend a night in my jail". But then I didn't.

BuddyBigsby 05-28-2005 01:41 PM

I almost got into 2 fights yesterday. Most unposi day ever.

40 oz 2 freedom 05-28-2005 01:49 PM

It was a party at a private river in a neighborhood none of us lived in. A friend showed up and said that there was a lady up by the road saying the cops were coming and we'd all be arrested, so we all got in a cars and scrammed. There was a line of about 20 cars, and as we pulled out there were all these ladies trying to write down our license plates. A couple people got pulled over but me and a couple of friends found our way out of the neighborhood somehow and got out.
