What should I buy first, 'Seventh Son of a Seventh Son' or 'Dance of Death?' I not in a hurry to buy SSOASS because I don't like the material from 'Somewhere in Time' and after. And I really want to get DOD because I really liked 'Brave New World' which came right before it.

Which should I buy first?
I'd say DoD..because it's an amazing album..but SSOASS is a good album also, Really either one is a good album. :thumb:
if it were me i'd get SSOASS
Okay, thanks.

Hey, when you listen to "Fear is the Key" doesn't it sound like a song by Dio or Rainbow? To me it does, a lot.

Deacy 10-11-2005 02:58 PM

Remember Tomorrow was the song Bruce had to sing to get into Maiden :)

classicrockman 10-11-2005 02:59 PM

Does anyone have the 'Early Days' DVD?

It's my favorite music DVD I own.

I like remember tomorrow, decent song.

So today, I told off some kid..and as I did I pulled out my music and had The Wicker Man up full, feels so **** cool walking away with the words "Your Time Will Come!" blasting in your ears after telling of someone!

has anyone seen that magic show thing where Bruce is put into an Iron Maiden and it chops half of his hair off?

It was a great buy because I don't listen to any Iron Maiden after they made 'Powerslave' (except 'Brave New World'). And because their self-titled album is my favorite Maiden album.

Murrays tone...I've spent the last few months twiddling with my V-amp and still get nowhere near. Lately, he seems to use a bit of Chorus with a slight tint of flanger and I can't get the EQ right either...:upset:

Lord Abortion 10-11-2005 03:06 PM

In english please?

Stupid guitarists...

1971 Fender Strat, through a Marshall JMP pre amp thingy jobby...

classicrockman 10-11-2005 03:14 PM

I really think it's cool that Dave plays a Fender guitar. Metal guitar is owned by so many other companies other than Fender.

Fender was a name associated with blues-rock players. But not metal. Rock on Dave!!

crag 10-11-2005 03:15 PM

:amaze: i just heard Hammerhead by Samson. Bruce doesn't sound like Bruce at all.

I'm pretty sure Dave doesn't play a '71 Strat

i like my Fender but the pickups are utter poo. Once i get Hotrails put in i'll be a happy boy :)

Steve plays a fender P-bass doesn't he? (yes i know you lot have been talking about guitars, not bass)
i've decided that once i get to uni and have a student loan, i'm getting a bass. still not exactly sure what one though.

NP: Wasting Love.
I'd buy 'Killers' but not 'Somewhere in Time.'

'Somewhere in Time' (IMO) is one of those albums that you just download a few songs from.
Whoa...

I thought everyone loved Somewhere In Time...

Yup, 'Arry's main bass is a 1970 Fender Precision :thumb:
