I agree, my friends went to see them in MN back in may of 2004 and they dont think Tom sounds like ****. I think his vioce started sucking balls after the self-titled alblum came out. One thing too, I own a Tom Delonge Stratocaster (Yellow, which is quite sexy) and it sounds amazing through my TSL 100. Why the hell did he switch to an ES???. They are basically more bluesy guitars unless you throw a dirty finger in there but did he ever say why he changed.

gibson payed him well. i guess that was reason enough. his sig ES-335 ain't that bad though, good choice of pickup, IMO.
