Yes life can be difficult around the age that girl is at, and yes we all have our problems. The difference is, actual people deal with it rather than copping out and putting an end to it all.

I also wondered if it was all worth it at that age and what would rreally be so bad about just eating a gun, but there is just too much stuff in this life to live for.

If you can't be bothered to go out there and find it, then you are just continuing a self defeatist cycle that will result in you destroying the life you have been given without actually knowing if you could have achieved something.

That's mostly what we've been trying to do. But no matter what we say to him (I try to be more tactful than my friends) she convinces him that we're trying to interfere with his happiness, and that we have no reason being involved with what goes on.

As far as the counseling, he was seeing a university counselor after they first broke up because he was physically ill afterwards. I've heard that he wasn't so good after last nite either, but I haven't been able to speak with him. The worst part is, none of the kids involved want to talk in person about any of this. It's all on mypace, which bugs me to no end. :angry:

This is absolutely ridiculous, and I'm going to do what I can to resolve this, but I don't think there's anything else I can do. The ball is pretty much in his court.

One final note, I really hate nitpicking, especially after all the help you gave me, but it's prima-donna. I just wanted to let you know, I'm not trying to be a douche. :thumb:

edit: i don't get anywhere near as angry now, its just a mild annoyance in my life, i used to get extremely angry and stressed out because people were so stupid and immature, this created anxiety and physical stress, and i got pshysically sick on many occasions..

Everyone involved just needs to take a step back, I mean why the hell is it all posted on a public website for all to see.

Does settling desputes face to face no longer exist?

Last time I checked if I have a disagreement with someone, I try to sort it out, if it cannot be sorted out I keep the hell out of the way of the other person so that I do not have to deal with them.


I think all his friends need to get together asa group and confront him. Be a united force and go in with the the following mentality:

- He is our friend
- We are concerned about him
- We want to help

Once you have gotten his response, be it "yes I want you help" or "Leave me alone I am happy" then you must respect that and respect his wishes.



Oh, and on the prima-donna thing, I thought I had got that wrong, but I did get what I was trying to say across, so its all good. :thumb:

Makes for a good read though, and I don't mind offering advice. In fact I like to help, because it means that everyone is better for it at the end of the day and something can actually be learned from the whole situation with any luck.

i am at that age and i can honestly say suicide or any kind of self harm has crossed my mind, i mean, if i get hurt, how exactly is slashing my wrists going to help? it wont, the only way to help is to get up, dust mself off, stop being a passive cry-baby and do something about it. its not the end of the world. how immature people my age are these days annoys me to no end.

i would help others, but i can't unless they stop crying and threatening people with suicide to get what they want, if they are going to be that selfish then they don't deserve help.

I have absolutely no interest in myspace, al it is to me is a means of letting every person on the whole plannet have a means of broadcasting all their problems and hsare their sh[U]i[/U]t with the world.

WAHHH. my bands recording a 4 track EP with an engineer from the cutting room. my drummer was laying down some tracks there for one of his old bands as a favor, and brought some of our recordings, and they loved it. they said "we need to get these guys in." right now it would cost 50 bucks an hour becuase they're booked solid, but my guitarist is good friends with one of the main engineers. So he's going to come to my house (our practice space) sometime this month with a bunch of really good mics, preamps, and recording stuff, and do it for free. we will then go there and mix+master it.
