I've got a thread idea, 'Must have Metal Albums.' People are always asking what's the best album by a certain artist, well this thread would be a big help. In each post someone posts an album, the tracklisting, type of music etc. I've seen this thread be big on other forums, so i figure why not here.

Naw, there is just a filter because of the the ad companys want it on there or something around there. But pretty much its not enforced since there are many many ways around it, just don't say anything offensive such as racial slurs with it and such and you will be fine.
