are we ever going to know the WHOLE story? i cant wait much longer!! :(
Claudio says that once all the cds are done, including "The Bag Online Adventures 1" there will be a graphic novel released compiling all comics.

DepthsOfDreams555 09-01-2005 06:33 PM

Yes, once everythign comes out I think they are going to publish one huge graphic novel. I read on the CoheedandCambria.com forum that they are going to be releasing more graphic novels for previous albums thought. IKSOSE 3 is next he said. So I don't know if they will publish one big one or not.

Fish 09-01-2005 06:34 PM

dammit, i cant wait for it, more bands should do stuff like that, it just adds so much more thought into the music.

DepthsOfDreams555 09-01-2005 06:35 PM

Ya no kidding, I just don't know what Coheed is going to do after they release their last album. Thats the only down side. But I'm sure they will figure somethin out.

REAL_FOB/TBS/BN_FAN 09-01-2005 08:29 PM

I "liked" Coheed for a while. I listened to there last cd in my car every once in a while and just got there first CD today. Then i go on limewire to find any tracks unleased and i find "Welcome Home" which i guess is there single becuase i saw a video for it on limewire also. I almost crapped myself on how good this song was, its a masterpice for most bands, but now that i listen to Coheed more closely its just a great song. This band is alot more amazing then i ever gave them credit for and i would like to add them to my top 5 favorite bands out right now

1. Thrice
2. fall out boy
3.Taking Back Sunday
4. Coheed and Cambria
5. Brand New

I wish i wouldve liked them a long time ago so people wont think im a band wagon fan

DepthsOfDreams555 09-01-2005 08:31 PM

Well thank you for ur opinion.......ya they are amazing.

Fish 09-01-2005 08:32 PM

agreed, welcome to the club ;)

The Crowing 09-01-2005 08:32 PM

Someone mentioned this site earlier. Spence maybe? I don't know. Anyways, you have to sift through some crap but there are a few good ideas here.

REAL_FOB/TBS/BN_FAN 09-01-2005 08:41 PM

Ya they knocked out Hollywood Undead and bumbed down Brand New. And if Brand New's album dosent blow my mind, then they may even be droped for Hollywood Undead again. If there album is good

It's cool, cause over here in Oregon, there's a Thrice show on October 9th and a Coheed show on October 10th, both at the same place... I know what I'm doing on those days.

Tis a hell of a place too.
I live in Portland, which was actually listed recently as the cleanest city in America. We have this hideously bad river, but we get major point for our water resivoir for having such clean water that we don't have to put a whole bunch of stuff in it or filter it. We have the only water in the country that doesn't even have floride in it, that's how pure our water is.
But for the sake of not having this thread closed down, I must say something that will stay on the topic of Coheed.
So, I'm confused. This big 180 page thing that is coming with the new CD... is it like a graphic novel or just like a booklett explaining the whole thing? I really don't get it.

The Crowing 09-01-2005 09:51 PM

It's a graphic novel, basically like a ton of the SSTB comics in one big book, except that it will explain the story behind Good Apollo.

SWEET!
And does it come WITH the CD, or do you have to buy it seperately?

Wait, if you pre-order the CD, would it come with it?

20 bucks for it at Hot Topic I'm fairly sure. Oh well, I'll just have to work 5 hours to enjoy my Coheed day. But I'm definitely up for that. Screw it, I'm just going to take that day off of work. If only you could take off days of school too :D.

You get nothing. Yet. I'm waiting a week or two more, then I'll just preorder it wherever is cheapest. THOUGH. There is a fan pack on Coheed.com which includes the cd and a size L tshirt for 17 dollars. I don't wear Large though, so it wouldnt work too well for me.
