I like Stream of Conscisousness. I especially like the breakdown at about 5:25 and then that same breakdown comes in again around 6:30. It's pwnage. I wish I had a 6-sting bass.

I really liked Train of Thought, and wondered if maybe they'll be doing another sort of heavy album?

as far as I know, there is a track from the new DT album ,on Labrie's solo album, but I'm not sure about it.

'The Root Of All Evil' sounds heavy (namewise of course) but some others sound like their earlier prog rock stuff

So I'm reading the reviews for Images & Words on Amazon music (I'm thinking of buying it), there's alot of talk about Metropolis, Pt. 1: The Miracle and the Sleeper, and how Petrucci wrote it, here's a quote:

Edit: Another question, on Train of Thought, and I guess other CDs (I have been listenning to Train of Thought heaps lately, great album) who does backing vocals? Like in the song Honour Thy Father where James first starts singing there's an awesome almost-echo to his voice, I assume it's backing vocals? Who does them?

And is there a song where the bassist (John Myung?) sings?
