You do know that half of Slayer are actually non-white?

I don't see what this has to do with anything, Jake. Yes, there are white people in Africa, too. My white neighbor across the street lived in Ethiopia. Seether are from South Africa. Are they black? No.

And for the record, I got a kick out of the Green Day is gay thread, particularly Jelle's closing post. Heh heh.

Hello to all, by the way.

Someone burned me a CD in wpl (windows media player play list)format, and my WMP can read it as a data CD(E: ), but it won't copy if from the CD and put it on my library (what a whore)

Does anyone know how to make it work?
Story time!!

So I was just sitting at my computer uploading a file to YSI. I checked the progress of it, and I got this "messaging program service" message.. it said "YOU HAVE BEEN HACKED!" I was like okay whatever, closed it, forgot about it. About 5 mins later I got the same type of message it said, "I am watching you" at this point, I was freaked out. I stepped away from my computer and stood at my doorway for like 5 mins. Another message popped up it said, "[name of my neighboorhood] is pretty nice. Which house is yours?" After I saw this, I ran downstairs scared shitless out of my mind. I was near tears. I was like DAD SOMEONE IS SENDING ME SCARY MESSAGES ON MY COMPUTER! He checked my firewall and stuff and everything was fine. I was like, "what do we do!??!" and he said, "well he's just into your computer.. he can see what you're doing. Um, just shut it off for a bit." so I did.. then I ran into my brother's room to tell him what happened and he's like, "oh crap! You got that?! I'm sorry! I was just fucking with people!"

Hahhaa. It was really scary at the time. I seriously thought it was CG. That was my first suspicion of who it was. I'm not even kidding.
 what would you have done if it was him?

Taste_My_Scythe 06-26-2005 07:15 PM

Hello. I just read back a few pages, thanks for all the advice on starting a band. I play guitar and piano and a little bass. All the songs I usually play with powerchord, I play the bass, and like I've said before...they are from shitty bands like Nirvana. Powerchord and I play Metallica's Fade to Black together, that's about it. Though I really do think we should try learning some Bodom songs, now that I've successfully converted him into being a hardcore Children of Bodom fan and a deathhead. :D :thumb:

Ha. I came on and now I have to go. See ya later.

Sub-par.

A couple years ago, my brother sent some of his friends a link to uglypeople.com, and when they clicked it gave them a virus where he could see their screen and open stuff up on it.

ATM 06-26-2005 08:03 PM

Yea, I didn't laugh that much either.

NP: The leaked BRMC album :)

Illmatic 06-26-2005 08:20 PM

Tonight's FG = could have been [much] better.

Who's BRMC?

Daven 06-26-2005 08:28 PM

i ate a hamburger today. what about you?

Shred Danson 06-26-2005 08:53 PM

Goooooooood evening. I've been quite the busy bee today. I went into town, got some Arby's, went to band practice, and then saw Land of The Dead. Good times.

Sup, Ray, ATM, Jom, Leah, everyone else.

Illmatic 06-26-2005 08:56 PM

Arby's!

You know you're in the middle of Redneck America when you eat at Arby's.

ZING!

But hey, we shouldn't be too harsh. Arby's take-out and a case of Pabst Blue Ribbon is the average West Virginia thanksgiving dinner.

Cain 06-26-2005 09:04 PM

I suppose. :p

Anyways, I have work tomorrow morning, which blows massively, and that means I must go to bed. Good night everyone.

The sad thing is... I have eaten there every now and again. But come on, roast beef with cheddar cheese. The siren song of clogged arteries is too strong to resist.

Almost on top of it. Harrisburg is true redneck country. I mean, they voted Rick fucking Santorum to office. Only they could possibly see that lying sack of horse shit as anyone worthy of getting so much as the time of day from you.

"People do crazy things in commericals, like eat at Arbys."

Jom 06-26-2005 09:20 PM

Where the hell is the fast food place Sonic located? There's commercials for them here, and the food looks really, really good... but there isn't a single Sonic in my state. Is this a West coast thing, or a South thing, or is my state just lame? I don't think there is any in the Midwest, to be truthful... but I could be wrong.

Also: unless rednecks have invaded the urban areas lately, we have a lot of Arby's here in the city. I'm not an Arby's kind of person, though... I'm not big on roast beef.

Illmatic 06-26-2005 09:22 PM

There are Sonics on the East Coast...I'm not a very big fan of it, the food is "Meh". I want to go to an In-N-Out Burger myself, or a Jack-In-The-Box (even though a few kids died from the e.coli there a while back). I heard those places were good.

That was possibly the most hurtful thing I've ever heard...

...we eat at Dairy Queen in West Virginia, dick!

Steerpike 06-26-2005 09:23 PM

I don't have a Sonic here, either. And it pisses me off. I really want to eat there. Everyone I know raves about their ices/slushees/whatever the hell they call it.

At least we got Red Robin's.

jpj 06-26-2005 09:23 PM

The only one I ever saw was in South Carolina (Sonic that is).

And Med, wherever you are, this Deltron 3030 is really good.

YDload 06-26-2005 09:25 PM

I've eaten at a Sonic in Salt Lake City. It was good :)

And the Arby's have really started to pop up without notice in the Pittsburgh area, haven't they? Two new ones have opened in the past month or so in the Greensburg/Latrobe area. But they're so good!

Kurtz 06-26-2005 09:26 PM

In-N-Out is the best fast food burger you can get. Period.

I haven't seen a Sonic near me either. I always see the commercials, but I haven't seen one anywhere.

Steerpike 06-26-2005 09:26 PM

This reminds me. The Waterfront just got a new restaurant, Fuddnuckers I believe it was.

My Redneck-ometer hit about a 9 when I saw it. Anybody else familiar with this?

ATM 06-26-2005 09:27 PM

Plus, In-N-Out was mentioned in The Big Lebowski, so it automatically owns.

"Shut the fuck up, Donnie!"

ATM 06-26-2005 09:29 PM

That scene where they are eating the burgers with the windshield smashed is pure gold. Santana fits the scene just right.

Heh, yeah, Fuddrucker's. It's basically a restaurant, but you go up to the counter and order the food, similar to Buffalo Wild Wings if you have them by you. Speaking of B Dubbs, that's a good place as well.

Fuddrucker's is famous for their slop burger, I think. There's one by me, but not close enough for me to bother driving over there.

This Sonic chain is very tricky. They show commercials, but then there are no restaurants in the advertising area. Bastards.

*Fuddruckers.

There's a few of those near me. Not really redneck. It was more
1950's - 60's Americana themed if anything.

They make a pretty good burger. You can make you're own; you know, put your own lettuce, tomato, onion, mustards, shit like that. They have some weird burgers. They have an ostrich burger and a buffalo burger. They also have a 1 lb. burger, which is effing huge.

YDload 06-26-2005 09:31 PM

There used to be a Fuddrucker's restaurant close to me, but now it's a Super Panda Chinese buffet. Eh, whatever.
