Because I did something to deserve a big avatar in the first place didn't I? Therefore shouldn't I be able to simply change my avatar if it is already big.

What did you do to "deserve the big avatar in the first place?" If you were RMOTM in any other month other than this past October, sorry, you don't "deserve" it, and same goes for any previous competition. It's never been stated anywhere ever that if you had a big avatar at one point you are automatically entitled to future big avatars by not winning anything.

The only reason why I don't remove big avatars after the month is up is because that's a dick thing to do. But, seriously.

Pate, you should start a thread basically asking for what rules you want for it. Then, it'll be up to us to enforce those rules and negate cheaters if possible.

Make a poll, make it a discussion thread... just do your thing.

If I remember correctly, a lot of people made alt. accounts and voted for who they wanted to win. In addition to that, there of course probably was a bunch of bitching that went along with the thread.
