well i think that samurai X, DBZ, Ruroni Kenshin, and islandmate pirates are anime. but correct me if im wrong.

DragonBall Z can be classed as anime, but it is probaby one of the worst, if not the worst, series around and no one has any respect for it. The other two i would say probably, Samurai X is very famous, but they are not really the core of modern Anime. Good serieses :

Nope. What kinda anime is it?

A very, very weird one. I don't have any episodes here - only seen it at a friends house - but it's awesome to watch. In brief, it's about this guy called Bobobo (sometimes Bo-bobo), who's a big muscly guy with a huge golden afro. Ever since he was a little kid, he was able to hear the voices of hair. As in, the stuff on people's heads. And so he sympathises with it. There's a big evil corporation, I forget the name, who seek to take over most of the world by making people bald. Bobobo can't stand for this, so he basically goes around, fighting the soldiers of this corporation where he finds them, using his nose-hair martial arts. And that's as normal as the show gets.
